What is a hybrid counter?
Hybrid counters cater to the public who wish to partake in the closed tender (Click & Bid) by making their registration fee at the allocated counter and placing their bid at the allocated kiosk in our selected branches.

What are the processes of using the hybrid counter?
- Pay the registration fee ($25.00) at Kaunter 25;
- A unique voucher code will be issued to the applicant; and
- Key in the unique voucher code into the available kiosk to place your bid and fill in the online form.

How can I get the voucher code?
You will be issued the code after the payment of registration fee is made at Kaunter 25.

How long is the validity of the voucher?
The voucher is valid until the last day of the period of Click and Bid.

Can I pay for the voucher code online?
Voucher code is only required for in-branch registration.

HOWEVER, starting from the BBC series, successful owners of a VRN can only change the ownership of their VRN twelve (12) months after they have been awarded the VRN.
