Click & Buy feature in NomborKu allows the public to purchase a Vehicle Registration Number (VRN) on a real-time basis online.

Click & Bid feature in NomborKu allows the public to follow the closed offer of vehicle identification tags through a fully online method or through a hybrid counter.

Yes, on the condition that it is necessary to make a holding and payment of a holding fee of BND60.00 for a period of three (3) years only if registration is not made within a month after the successful date of the closed bid for the vehicle identification mark.

  • What is a hybrid counter?
    Hybrid counters cater to the public who wish to partake in the closed tender (Click & Bid) by making their registration fee at the allocated counter and placing their bid at the allocated kiosk in our selected branches.


  • What are the processes of using the hybrid counter?

    • Pay the registration fee ($25.00) at Kaunter 25;
    • A unique voucher code will be issued to the applicant; and
    • Key in the unique voucher code into the available kiosk to place your bid and fill in the online form.
    • How can I get the voucher code?
      You will be issued the code after the payment of registration fee is made at Kaunter 25.


    • How long is the validity of the voucher?
      The voucher is valid until the last day of the period of Click and Bid.


    • Can I pay for the voucher code online?
      Voucher code is only required for in-branch registration.

Click & Buy and Click & Bid services are fully online end-to-end using credit/debit card payments. It includes a registration fee of $25.00 for each submission of entry and the price of the Vehicle Registration Number (VRN).

From 10th September 2022, LTD will open closed tenders for BBC series (3-4 digits) through NomborKu Click & Bid services in three (3) intervals.

The timeline for Vehicle Registration Number (VRN) BBC series is done in three (3) intervals as follows:
  • Interval 1 VRN BBC100-BBC3000, from 10th September 2022 until 23rd September 2022.
  • Interval 2 VRN BBC3001-BBC6000, from 24th September 2022 until 7th October 2022.
  • Interval 3 VRN BBC6001-BBC9999, from 8th October 2022 until 21st October 2022.

Successful tenderers will be notified through email and it will also be published on LTD’s website.

Starting with the BBC series, transfer of VRN is only allowed after 12 months from the date of Award Letter and is subject to a service fee of $5.00.

Please ensure all details during the online application were entered correctly and email is active. For NomborKu - Click & Bid, you may go to LTD website to see the list of successful tenderers.

Please bring your identification card to any LTD branches counters to make your payment.

Yes. You are required to register the VRN within one (1) month after the award letter is issued.

Fill out the TPK4 form and make a payment of BND60.00 for detention for a period of three (3) years only or make payment online.

Yes, with a service fee of $5.00 per transaction.

HOWEVER, starting from the BBC series, successful owners of a VRN can only change the ownership of their VRN twelve (12) months after they have been awarded the VRN.
